Tom Menu innovations are pretty common at most restaurants and the latest from Tim Hortons is their new and improved chocolate chunk cookie!
The change to their chocolate chunk cookie was announced today via a press release from the brand.

While I’m not sure what the exact reason behind the change was, I always welcome seeing a menu item get bigger in size. In a world where shrinkflation has become a common sight, seeing items grow is very exciting to see.
In addition to the updates to the chocolate chunk cookie, Tim Hortons also announced a brand new Chocolate Caramel Cookie. The new cookie is available starting today for a limited time only.
Cookies weren’t the only news shared by Tim Hortons today.
While news of egg scarcity is making waves south of the border, up north Tim Hortons has just added scrambled eggs to their popular breakfast menu. The eggs are 100% Canadian and freshly cracked in-restaurant.
“Between 4 a.m. and 11 a.m., guests can order a Sausage Scrambled Egg Loaded Wrap, Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Wrap, or Scrambled Egg & Cheese Loaded Wrap.”
While I’m not a huge fan of wraps myself, it’s nice to see more menu options incorporating fresh Canadian sourced products.
This has been a very busy news month for Tim Hortons. Thus far in February they have announced the triumphant return of physical Roll Up to Win cups, a $1 Donut Deal, and special deals when Team Canada won at the 4 Nations Face Off.
