Domino’s Pizza Reveals New Parmesan Stuffed Crust Pizzas in Canada

The wait is finally over for Domino’s Pizza fans because new Parmesan Stuffed Crust pizzas are now available in Canada!

Domino’s Pizza is one of the biggest pizza chains in Canada with locations from coast-to-coast. They’re famous for pizza, chicken and bread products, but they had never sold stuffed crust pizzas before.

The new Parmesan Stuffed Crust option adds to their growing list of crusts which include Original Hand Tossed, Handmade Pan, Crunchy Thin Crust, Gluten Free Crust, and New York Style.

While stuffed crust is not a new concept (Pizza Hut introduced theirs back in 1995), and today you can find it at many competitors including Little Caesars, Papa Johns, and Pizza Pizza, it is new to Domino’s so if you’re loyal to the brand, it’s a much welcomed sight.

Here’s the description of the Parmesan Stuffed Crust from the Domino’s Pizza’s website:

Hand-crafted Pan Dough, featuring a fully stuffed crust loaded with real pizza mozzarella cheese. Baked to golden perfection, it’s finished with garlic seasoning and a sprinkle of real Parmesan for an irresistible burst of flavour.

For me, it’s the addition of the parmesan and garlic seasoning that sets Domino’s version apart from the competition by making the crust better both on the inside and outside.

All this additional cheese and flavour doesn’t come without a cost though. Expect to pay $6 more for Parmesan Stuffed Crust compared to their original crust (comparing medium size cheese pizzas).

If you’re a big cheese fan and love stuffed crust, you’ll have to decide whether that’s worth it or not. Personally, I’m hoping Parmesan Stuffed Crust is here as a permanent menu option because Domino’s Pizza regularly offers pizzas at 50% off which would bring the price of this premium crust pizza down significantly.
