Tom Dinner at one of Canada’s fave restaurants just got more exciting because Boston Pizza has introduced a new winter feature menu filled with tasty new dishes!
With over 365 locations across Canada, Boston Pizza has been a favourite among families and sports fans alike since it’s introduction in 1964.
Boston Pizza’s menu is built around fan favourite apps, entrees including pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and burgers, other mains, and desserts.
With their new winter feature menu, they’ve introduced 7 brand new limited time menu items that will surely peak the interest of everyone stopping in for a meal. Here are all the new dishes:
Garlic & Cheese Pull Apart Bread
A baguette stuffed with Gouda, provolone, Parmesan, pizza mozzarella, Italian spices, and garlic butter. Served with a side of beefy Bolognese sauce.
Loaded Beef Penne Bake
Seasoned beef, green and red peppers, red onions, cheddar, pizza mozzarella, and penne in a chipotle marinara sauce. Finished with a dollop of sour cream, and green onions. Served with garlic toast.
Bruschetta Ravioli
Five cheese ravioli tossed in a white wine and basil cream sauce with classic Italian bruschetta, topped with mozzarella then baked until golden brown. Garnished with fresh bruschetta, Parmesan, and parsley. Served with garlic toast.
Cajun Chicken Bacon Penne
Grilled chicken, smoky bacon, garlic, and penne in a Cajun cream sauce. Topped with tomatoes, and green onions. Served with garlic toast.
Butter Chicken Fettuccini
Grilled chicken sautéed with red onions, red peppers, baby spinach, and fettuccini in a butter chicken sauce. Finished with a sour cream drizzle, tomatoes, and cilantro. Served with garlic toast.
Butter Chicken Pizza
Signature pizza dough topped with butter chicken sauce, pizza mozzarella, roasted red peppers, red onions, and grilled chicken. Finished with cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Raspberry Frostbite
A refreshing blend of brandy, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and ginger ale, served over ice with a sugared rim.
While all the new menu items sound pretty good, I’m most excited about the Butter Chicken Fettuccini, Bruschetta Ravioli and Garlic & Cheese Pull Apart Bread.
