Instacart’s New Lie Pie Kit Has Everything You Need To Convince Your Family You Baked All Day

Instacart's New Lie Pie Kit

At family gatherings like Thanksgiving, being tasked with dessert can go two ways. You either spend all day in the kitchen baking, or pickup something at the store and then get judged for not putting in the effort. Thanks to Instacart, you can get the best of both worlds with their new Lie Pie kit!

A delicious home-made dessert is what everyone wants, but that of course is a lot of work. The Lie Pie kit from Instacart provides you with a ready to eat fresh pumpkin pie, and all the extras to help convince everyone that you spent all day making it yourself.

Instacart's New Lie Pie Kit Available in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver

Here’s what you’ll get in each Lie Pie kit:

  • Pumpkin puree
  • Flour
  • Crushed eggshells
  • “Grandma’s” recipe card
  • Pumpkin-scented spray
  • A delicious (and fresh) pumpkin pie

Sprinkle some of the flour and egg shells on your counter, spray some of the pumpkin-scented spray around the room (and maybe even on yourself), and you’ve basically turned yourself into Martha Stewart!

How to get a Lie Pie Kit:

To order your Instacart Lie Pie kit, place your order on LiePie.ca by Friday, October 10th. It’s available in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver (sorry to the rest of Canada, you’ll need to do things the old fashioned way this year).

There are limited quantities available each day and customers can arrange for delivery on Saturday, October 11th or Sunday, October 12th.

The cost of the Lie Pie kit is a $20 donation to Second Harvest. Not only will you be the dessert hero of your gathering, but you’ll also feel good knowing that you helped provide 25 families in need with a meal on Thanksgiving because of your donation.

Instacart has always been about convenience, and they’ve taken it to the next level with the fun new Lie Pie kit. If you’re in one of the delivery areas, it’s the perfect way to help you save time in the kitchen and help make Thanksgiving better for many in need.
