Tom If you’re a fan of Happy Gilmore, you probably already know that the films much anticipated sequel is coming out soon, and you can now get new Happy Gilmore collectible cups at Subway Canada!
The partnership between Subway Canada and Happy Gilmore might not be obvious if you’ve never seen it before. In short, Adam Sandler’s iconic golfing character, Happy Gilmore, loves to eat Subway and they eventually become his sponsor in the first film.
With Netflix’s Happy Gilmore 2 coming out on July 25th, it makes perfect sense for Subway Canada to dive right into the excitement with their new limited edition Happy Gilmore collectible cups.
There are 4 new cups to collect and here are the details:
- Happy Gilmore: the legendary golfer himself
- Shooter McGavin: Happy’s PG tour rival and nemesis
- Hal: The former Silver Acres orderly
- Oscar: Happy’s new caddie in Happy Gilmore 2
If you want a collectible cup you’ll need to purchase any combo meal at Subway Canada and upgrade it to a Happy Gilmore Meal for $1 more. You’ll get 1 collectible cup per Happy Gilmore Meal.
I’ve long been a fan of collectible cups with my hobby first starting decades ago with the old Disney themed cups at McDonald’s. These new Happy Gilmore cups are a definitely must-have for my collection!
