Tom With Valentine’s Day now in our rearview mirrors, it’s time to shift gears and that’s why you can now get 4 fun new Movie Snacks Doughnuts at Krispy Kreme Canada!
While I loved the Valentine’s Day doughnuts at Krispy Kreme, I’m not at all disappointed with the new Movie Snacks doughnuts that just replaced them starting on February 18, 2025.
There are 4 brand new movie themed doughnuts as part of the new limited time release. Here’s the scoop on each new flavour:
Caramel Popcorn Doughnut – An unglazed doughnut, filled with caramel popcorn flavored Kreme™, dipped in white icing and caramel popcorn, topped with red icing drizzles.
Candy Double Feature Doughnut – An Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in white icing, topped with milk chocolate candy pieces and mini chocolate chips and drizzled with chocolate flavored icing.
Blue Raspberry Slush Doughnut – An Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in blue raspberry flavored icing and blue sanding sugar.
Cookie Dough Superstar Doughnut – An unglazed doughnut filled with chocolate Butterkreme™ flavored filling, dipped in chocolate icing and topped with gold glitter sprinkles and cookie dough bites.
Fun Fact: The US release of these themed doughnuts were done in partnership with the Disney owned streaming service, Hulu.
Information about the US release leaked earlier this week, and I wondered if we might not be getting them in Canada due to Hulu not being a service available in Canada. Luckily the doughnuts made it here, minus the Hulu branding of course.
As with all new themed doughnut releases at Krispy Kreme Canada, the Movie Snacks doughnuts are here for a limited time only. Usually you can find them until the next themed doughnuts are brought out but there’s no guarantee so get out soon if you want to give these a try.
